EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, submit a withdrawal request through your order page within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers with an account can access this function from their Orders page. Customers who checked out as guests can contact us at info@stupiddreamrecords.com to exercise their right of withdrawal.

We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal request without undue delay by email.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Digital content supplied electronically where performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

• Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

• Goods that have been personalised or made to your specifications.
